Parts Warranty:

All replacement parts installed by our technicians are covered by a 2-year or 24,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers the cost of the part and the labor required for installation if the replacement part proves to be defective within the warranty period.

Labor Warranty:

We provide a 2-year or 24,000-mile labor warranty on all services performed at our facility. If the original repair fails because of the quality of a part installed or the workmanship in the repairing of the device, we will fix it free of charge within the warranty period.

Exclusions:

• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
• Any modifications, abuse, or misuse of the vehicle that goes against the manufacturer’s guidelines may void the warranty.
• Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by accidents, collisions, or other external influences.

Claims Process:

To make a warranty claim, bring your vehicle, along with the original receipt, to our facility. Upon verification of the validity of your claim, we will promptly conduct the necessary repairs or replacements as covered under the warranty.
